MIPPO技术在骨质疏松性胫骨远端粉碎性骨折中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 骨质疏松性胫骨远端骨折临床常见,因其常伴有软组织的损伤和肿胀,加之髓内固定系统应用的限制,钢板固定成为目前的金标准.传统的手术方法为了保证骨折绝对稳定而必须广泛剥离骨膜常造成伤口愈合不良、感染和骨延迟愈合等不良后果,对老年人生活质量造成严重影响.对于此类特殊人群及特殊部位骨折的治疗,通过间接复位技术,尽量减少对骨折部位血供及骨本身的影响,以期达到生物学固定已成为共识.经皮微创钢板固定技术[1] (MIPPO)就是代表之一,已有文献报道[2],MIPPO可以减少骨膜损伤,缩短骨折愈合时间.我院近年应用此技术治疗老年胫骨远端粉碎性骨折取得良好疗效.
