大鼠肌皮神经感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质的定位投射──酸性磷酸酶法研究

The Orientational Projections of Sensory Fibres of Musculocutaneus Nerve to the Substantia Gelationsa of the Spinal Cord in Rats—an Acid Phosphatase Technique Study

目的 :研究大鼠肌皮神经感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质的定位投射。方法 :按照跨神经节溃变的原理 ,采用酸性磷酸酶法。结果 :大鼠肌皮神经感觉纤维纵向投射 ,主要至脊髓C6上段至C7下段胶状质 .其横向投射均在胶状质中线以内 ,主要位于胶状质内侧半外侧 2 /3和胶状质内侧半中 1 /3及外 1 /3区域 ,部分动物C7中段至C7下段占居胶状质内侧半中外 1 /3范围。结论 :投射柱从上至下有向外扩展趋势。

Objective To study the orientational projections of sensory fibres of musculocutaneus nerves to the substantia gelationsa (SG) of the spinal cord in rats.Method The model with transganglionic degeneration was established and then observed by using acid phospatase technique.Results It was found that the sensory fibres of the musculocntaneus nerves in rats were chiefly projected to SG from the upper part of C6 to the lower part of C7 in the spinal cord longitudinally and as to their tranverse projections the fibres were found within the midline of SG and mainly located at the 2/3 of exterior lateral half and the 1/3 of median region in the medial of SG.In a portion of animals,from the midpiece of C7 to the lower segment of C7 the 1/3 of middle and exterior half region in the medial of SG was projected.Conclusion The projection column shows a tendency to extend toward lateral portion from top to bottom.
