摘要
目的 :观察大白鼠回肠肌间神经丛一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元缺血后的变化。方法 :阻断大白鼠肠系膜上动脉 ,用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶反应 (NADPH—d)法 ,观察大鼠回肠肌间神经丛一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的变化及神经损伤。结果 :肠缺血 3 0min ,大鼠回肠肌间神经丛内一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元数目无明显变化 ,但染色深度加强 ;缺血 1小时及 2小时 ,一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元胞体明显增多而且染色加深。结论 :一氧化氮 (No)在肠缺血所致的神经损伤中起着重要作用。
Objective To observe the changes of NOS positive neurons in the myenteric plexus in rat ileum after ischemia.Methods Occlude the arteria mesenterica superior and then observe the changes of NOS positive neurons by nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide diaphorase (NADPH-d) reaction.Results At 30 minutes after isohemia,there were no significant changes in number of NOS positine neurons in myenteric plexus but they were densely stained;at 1 hour and 2 hours after ischemia,the NOS positive neurons markedly increased in number and stained more densely.Conclusion The NO plays an important role in ischemia induced neuronal damage.
