以肺部表现为首发症状的抗合成酶综合征一例 被引量：2

摘要 抗合成酶综合征是结缔组织疾病中多发性肌炎或皮肌炎中的一种特殊类型，患者常有抗Jo-1或其他合成酶抗体阳性，疾病由此命名。抗合成酶综合征患者常具有系列特征性临床表现，包括肺间质病变、关节炎、雷诺现象、技工手、指趾过度硬化、面部毛细血管扩张、钙化和干燥症等典型临床特征，
