褪黑素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

Effect of Melatonin on Myocardial Ischemia /Reperfusion Injury in Rats

目的 :探讨褪黑素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 :采用大鼠在体心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,观察褪黑素对再灌注心律失常的影响。测定其血清LDH、CK、SOD、MDA的含量。结果 :褪黑素降低再灌注心律失常的发生率 ,降低室颤发生率 ,缩短心律失常持续时间 ,升高血清SOD活性 ,降低血清MDA、LDH、CK含量。结论 :褪黑素对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

Objective To study the effect of melatonin on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The left coronary anterior decending branch was ligated and then reperfused.The incidence of arrhythmia and its duration,and the contents of serum LDH,CK,SOD and MDA,were measured.Results Compared with the control,melatonin reduced the incidence of arrhythmia and ventricular fibrillation,shortened the duration of arrhythmia and decreased the content of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase.Conclusion Melatonin has a protective effect on the injury induced by myocardial ischemia/reperfusion.
