颅通定对烧伤早期大鼠心室肌细胞的保护作用

Protective Effect of Chinese Herbal Rotundine on Ventricular Myocytes in Rat at Early Stage of Burn

目的 :探讨中药颅通定对烧伤早期心室肌细胞保护作用的机理。方法 :应用Ca2 + 荧光探针及EPC 9光电联合检测系统测定烧伤早期大鼠心室肌细胞胞浆Ca2 + 浓度变化及颅通定对其影响。结果 :烧伤对照组心室肌细胞于伤后 1小时胞浆Ca2 + 浓度明显升高 ,6小时达高峰 ,1 2小时后渐恢复。正常对照组及颅通定治疗组 (浓度 :3 0 0 μmol/L)心室肌细胞胞浆Ca2 + 浓度未见明显升高。结论 :颅通定可显著抑制烧伤早期大鼠心室肌细胞内Ca2 + 超载。

Objective To investigate the protective effect of Chinese herbal Rotundine on rat ventricular myocytes after serious burn.Method Changes of cytoplsmic Ca 2+ concentration in early stage of burn and the effect of Rotundine were examined by using Ca 2+ fluorescent probes and EPC 9 light electricity measuement system.Result Post burn,the cytoplasmic Ca 2+ concentration in burned control group increased obviously at lst h,reched its peak at 6th h,and decreased obviously at 12th h.In normal control group and Rotundine group,this index changed only slightly post burn.Conclusion Rotundine can obviously inhibit the Ca 2+ overload of rat’s ventricular myocytes at the early stage of burn.
