摘要
从铝合金车体结构、接头设计、铝合金挤压型材、焊接装备、技术标准、操作培训、作业安全等方面,分析了铝合金车体搅拌摩擦焊应用现状和存在的问题,并提出了建议和解决措施。在4代铝合金车体的基础上,国内轨道车辆制造工厂已经初步实现了侧墙、车顶、地板等大部件的搅拌摩擦焊工业化应用。
The application status and existing problems of friction stir welding(FSW) to railway vehicles body of aluminum alloy were analyzed from some aspects such as train body structure,design of welded joints,aluminum alloy extruded profiles,welding equipment,technology standards,operator training and safety and so on.Suggestions and solutions were proposed.At present,many railway vehicle factories have already manufactured components of train body preliminarily,such as side walls,floor,roof by FSW based on the 4 generation of aluminum alloy train body in China.
