摘要
为了研究摩擦焊接过程中出现的焊缝夹杂问题,采用大批量钻杆进行摩擦焊试验,观察缺陷形貌并分析原因。研究表明,在焊接面清洁、焊接参数合理的情况下,焊缝夹杂主要是由缩短量异常导致的。缩短量异常首先表现在缩短量零位检测异常,导致焊接过程存在一段虚假缩短量,进而造成焊接过程提前结束。焊接过程提前结束后,实际缩短量不能满足焊缝金属充分结合的需要,造成焊缝区夹杂甚至裂纹的产生。基于以上分析,提出了一种预顶焊接模式,可以确保焊机缩短量零位检测的准确性并消除焊缝夹杂的问题。
To research the problem of welding inclusion occurred in friction weld process.plenty of drill pipes were welded.Defect pattern and its reasons were analyzed.As a result,inclusion in weld is mainly caused by the exception of burn-off length under the condition of clean welding surface and proper welding parameters.Exception of burn-off length represents exception in zero position detecting,which induces false burn-off length in welding process,and leads to the finish of welding ahead of time.Once welding process ends ahead of time,the real burn-off length cannot meet the requirement of metal bonding in the weld,which leads to then inclusion or even crack in the weld.Based on the analysis,a new pre-upsetting welding pattern was proposed,which can ensure the accuracy of zero position detecting and then cancel the welding inclusion.
