摘要
目的研究菟蓉补肾方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠子宫容受性的干预作用及其作用机制。方法用来曲唑复制PCOS模型,考察菟蓉补肾方对PCOS大鼠体质量与子宫指数、子宫组织病理学与子宫内膜HOXA10基因的表达、血清性激素以及合笼后受孕等情况。结果 34~68 g/kg菟蓉补肾方可明显减缓PCOS模型大鼠体质量的异常增长,提高子宫指数,改善子宫的组织病理学,提高子宫内膜平均厚度,改善性激素失衡状态,提高子宫HOXA10基因的表达;合笼后,34~68 g/kg菟蓉补肾方能提高PCOS大鼠的受孕数与产仔数。结论菟蓉补肾方可提高PCOS大鼠子宫容受性,其调节性激素水平及促进子宫HOXA10基因的表达是其作用机制之一。
To investigate the effects of Turongbushen prescription (TRP) on endometrial receptivity of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) in rats and its possible mechanisms, a model of PCOS rat was established with intragastric administration Letrozole. Then the rat's body weight, uterus index number and its pathology have been evaluated; the levels of sex hormones in serum and the expression of HOXA10 in endometria had been quantified. Our results showed that TRP of 34-68 g/kg could inhibit abnormal growth of body weight, increase uterus index number and endometria thickness, alleviate uterus pathology and disequilibrium of sex hormones, and elevate the expression of HOXA10 in endometria. Eventually, TRP of 34-68 g/kg could increase the number of conception and young animals birthed by PCOS in rats. In conclusion, TRP can increase endometrial receptivity of PCOS in rats and one of mechanisms is related to regulating the equilibrium of sex hormones and promoting the expression of HOXA10 in endometria.
