摘要 目的观察尿促性素(HMG)等促排卵治疗对系统性红斑狼疮合并卵巢功能减退的治疗效果。方法尿促性素联合生长激素应用于系统性红斑狼疮合并卵巢功能减退的患者进行促排卵治疗。结果患者成功妊娠。结论尿促性素及生长激素可在严密监测下用于系统性红斑狼疮合并卵巢功能减退患者的促排卵。 We aimed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of urinary gonadotropin （HMG） in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with ovarian dysfunction. We applied gonadotropin hormone and growth hormone to treat patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with ovarian dysfunction, and then the patients got pregnane successfully. We concluded that under close monitor, urinary gonadotropin and growth hormone could be used to stimulate ovulation in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus ovarian dysfunction.
