摘要
简述了3类应用较多的塑料模具钢及其热处理工艺,并对45钢、P20钢进行真空碳氮共渗处理。结果显示,真空碳氮共渗之后,45钢、P20钢获得了良好渗层,其淬火硬度不小于63 HRC,耐磨性能显著提升。
The three types of plastic die steel and their heat treatment process were briefly summarized, and the vacuum carbonitfiding process was used to treat 45 carbon steel and P20 steel. The experiment show that, after vacuum carbonitriding quenching, 45 carbon steel and P20 steel all get well carbonitriding layer, and the quenching hardness are more than 63 HRC to improve wear-resistance significantly.
