摘要
对汽车用AZ31B镁合金板材进行冷轧,随后在不同温度下进行1 h退火处理,获得具有不同晶粒尺寸的组织;进而进行单轴拉伸试验,研究了不同晶粒尺寸对AZ31B镁合金板材力学性能的影响。试验表明,随着退火温度的提高,晶粒尺寸长大,屈服强度和抗拉强度随之减小,伸长率则先增大后减小,在300℃下获得最大的伸长率,这主要与晶粒长大有重要关系。
The microstrcture and mechanical property of A31B magnesium alloy after cold rolling and annealed at different temperatures for lh were investigated. The results show that the grain size grows up, the yield strength and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of annealing temperature, and the elongation increases at first then decreases as annealing temperature increasing, and the biggest elongation is obtained at 300℃.
