摘要
试验研究了2Cr13V模具钢的淬火温度与其淬火硬度、组织晶粒度的关系,以及回火温度与其表面硬度,淬火、回火温度与耐腐蚀性之间的相关性;得到了2Cr13V模具钢较好的热处理工艺。以该工艺生产钢板约50 t,其产品质量满足客户需求。
The relationship between quenching temperature and the quenching hardness and grain size of 2Cr13V die steel was studied by experiments, and the correlation between tempering temperature and its surthcc hardness, quenching temperature and tempering temperature and its corrosion rcsistance was analyzed. The optimal heat treatment process for 2Cr13V die steel was obtained. The product quality of about 50 t plates manufactured by the optimal process well meets the requirements of customer.
