摘要
采用高速电弧喷涂方法,以不同的喷涂粉末,在Q345B钢表面制备了耐磨耐高温涂层,并对涂层进行了高温氧化试验、磨损试验和磨损形貌的扫描电镜观察。结果表明:选用含纳米碳化钛的电弧喷涂粉末可以使Q345B钢表面获得优异耐磨耐高温性能的涂层,其室温磨损体积较未喷涂钢减少了77.91%,300℃高温磨损体积减少了87.33%;经过300℃高温氧化72 h后,其单位面积质量增加较未喷涂钢降低了92.2%。
The wear resistant and heat resistant coating on steel Q345B was prepared with different spraying powder by the method of high velocity arc spraying. And high-temperature oxidation test, wearing test and SEM morphology observation of the coating were also done. The results show that the excellent wear resistant and heat resistant coating can be prepared on the surface of steel Q345B with arc spraying powder containing nano-titanium carbide. The wear volume of the Q345B with the coating decrease 77.91% at room temperature, and 87.33% at the high temperature of 300 ℃ compared with the Q345B without the coating; the mass incremental per trait area decreases 92.2% after oxidationat 300 ℃ for 72 h.
