摘要
当离心机铸型的温度超过某一范围后,其力学性能大幅降低,在高速旋转下,铸型碎裂的风险也提高。通过研究,给出了几种常用铸型材料的适用条件及预设温度。对于由相同材质组合的离心铸型,能通过计算最小铸型质量,使铸型温度控制在预设温度以内;对于由不同材质组合的离心铸型,则给出了简化方法。实践表明,通过控制铸型质量,将铸型温度控制在预设温度以内,不仅能防止铸型处于因力学性能大幅降低而导致碎裂的高风险状态之中,而且还可以延长铸型的使用寿命。
The mechanical properties of casting mould for centrifugal machine will reduce quickly when temperature of casting mould exceed a certain range, and the cataclysmic risk will increase greatly when casting mould spinning in high speed, The suitable condition and presetting temperature in several kinds of common mould materials Were presented by studying. The temperature of casting mould made up of the same materials can be controlled within presetting temperature by calculating mini casting mould mass, and the simplification technique of presetting temperature for casting mould made up of different materials was presented. Practice shows that the temperature for casting mould is controlled within presetting temperature by controlling casting mould mass, which can prevent casting mould from cataclysmic risk, and extend useful life of casting mould.
