摘要
通过对锤式破碎机锤头实际使用条件的分析,确定用具有高耐磨性的高铬铸铁与具有高韧性的高锰钢进行复合铸造,以更好地发挥材料的优势。列举了3种复合方案,介绍了各自工艺和应用上的特点。实际应用表明,复合锤头在破碎水泥熟料和铁矿石等不易破碎物料时,使用寿命可达到高锰钢锤头的2倍以上。
According to the analysises of the practical application conditions of hammer crushers, to sufficiently utilize the advantages of material, the material of high-chromium cast iron with high wear resistance and the high manganese steel with high ductile was composited. Three kinds of compound plans were put forward, and their technology and application characteristics were discussed. Practical application tests show the service lives of these composite hammers achieve more than twice as many as high manganese steel hammers in breaking cement clinker and iron ore.
