摘要 以T351铝合金为研究对象,利用实验和有限元软件研究了不同成形温度对挤压态T351铝合金型材回弹角、弯曲半径和几何尺寸的影响,并分析了影响机理。为合金材料温热弯曲成形工艺优化及精度控制提供参考。 Taking T351 aluminum alloy as research object, the effect of different forming temperature on the spring back angle, the bending radius and the geometry size of the extruded profiles of T351 aluminium alloy was studied by testing and finite element software, and the influence mechanism was analyzed. This study provides a reference for optimization of fon-ning process and the accuracy control of alloy material thermal bending.
