摘要
研究了冷轧变形程度、退火温度等因素对连铸连轧5052铝合金力学性能的影响,确定了连铸连轧5052铝合金H32状态板材的生产工艺参数,即冷变形加工率20%,稳定化退火温度160℃,保温时间2 h。通过连铸连轧5052坯料生产的H32状态产品能够满足国标的要求。
The effect of different cold deformation extents and annealing temperatures on the mechanical properties of continuous casting and rolling 5052 Al-alloy sheet was investigated. The process parameters of continuous casting and rolling H32 sheets of 5052 aluminium alloy were determined, that is cold deformation extent 20%, stablization temperature 160 ℃, holding time 2 h. And the H32 sheets of 5052 aluminium alloy produced by continuous casting and rolling can reach the GB requirements.
