摘要
为保证铸件热处理温度的可靠性,从微机控制角度出发,对热处理炉炉温的基本控制结构和系统的数学模型进行分析与整定,并对系统的硬件和软件部分分别进行了研究,实现了对热处理炉温系统的有效控制。
Heat treatment electric stove is an important tool for casting thermal processing furnace temperature control, In order to ensure the reliability of the temperature in casting heat treatment, from the angle of microcomputer control, the temperature control structure in heat treatment furnace was analyzed and the mathematical model of the system was tuned, and the hardware and sottware of the system was studied to achieve the effective control of the temperature system in heat treatment furnace.
