摘要
分析了Mg合金低压铸造薄壁件中缺陷的形成原因,结合低压浇注与重力铸造工艺的优势,借助压力作用,合金液以底注形式充型。利用冒口与低压合金液,实现铸件的凝固补缩。合金液流量通过片状浇道实现精确控制,合理调节充型压力与速度,提高铸型的排气性能,制得品质优良、尺寸精确的航天用薄壁铸件。
Analyzing the formation reason of defects in thin wall castings of Mg alloy produced by low pressure casting process, the advantages of low-pressure casting and gravity casting were combined, the filling cavity of alloy liquid was completed by means of pressure in bottom filling form, the solidification feeding was realized by riser and low pressure alloy liquid. The flow of alloy liquid was controlled by sheet runner to rationally regulate filling pressure and spee& and the exhaust performance of the mold was improved. The aerospace thin wall castings with high quality and precise size were manufactured.
