均衡凝固理论在大型飞轮铸件上的应用

摘要 69-01飞轮材质HT250,铸件质量3 100 kg,轮缘外径2 000 mm,属大平面铸件。经常出现缩松、缩孔,尤其表面夹渣问题严重。运用均衡凝固技术,采用径向引入、集渣包与挡渣板配合使用、内浇道对面安置溢流冒口,解决铸件带脏问题;通过浇冒口联合补缩不但消除了缩松、缩孔,工艺出品率可达84%。 The material of 69-01 flywheel is HT250, casting mass is 3 100 kg, the diameter of rim outer is 2 000 mm, the casting belong to a large flat casting. In production, the defects of shrinkage and shrinkage cavity often appear, and there is a serious problem of castings with dirty in the surface. Applying proportional solidification technology, combining the process measures of introducing liquid iron from radial direction, setting dirty package with block dirty plates and placing overflow riser in the opposite of ingate, the problem of castings with dirty was solved. By joint feeding of riser and ingate, the shrinkage and shrinkage cavity were eliminated, and the process yield was greatly improved.
