摘要
目的 利用自合成新色原测定血清葡萄糖.方法 采用双试剂速率法.结果 方法重复性:批内CV=0.84%,批间CV=1.2%,回收率99.7%,方法线性可达65mmol/L.本法能有效排除标本溶血、黄疸、内源性还原性物质及脂浊等干扰物对血清葡萄糖测定的影响,结果与GOD-POD终点法和已糖激酶速率法有良好相关,相关系数分别为0.996和0.998.结论 本方法准确可靠,重复性好,试剂稳定,线性较宽,值得应用.
Objective Using self building-up new chromogen for determination of glucose in serum. Methods Used double-reagent and kinetics. Results The within-run CV and between-run CV were 0.84% and 1.2% respectively. The recovery rate of glucose was 99.7% linearity up to 65mmol/L. Adverse factors interfering with determination of serum glucose such as hemolysis bilirubin endogenous desoxidative substance and lipid-micelle in serum were effectively eliminated. The results of the method correlated well with those of GOD-POD and glucose kinase methods. The correlation coefficent were 0.996 and 0.998 respectively. Conclusion This method is accurate credible stable repeatable and can be used in automatic biochemical analyzer with double-reagents.
