摘要
肝性脑病是肝功能严重障碍和(或)门体分流术后发生的以代谢紊乱为基础,神经、精神症状为主要表现的综合征。其基础和临床研究一直是国内外研究的热点。动物模型的建立在其发病机制、诊断和治疗的研究中发挥了非常重要的作用。随着生物技术的发展,检测、治疗技术的提高,肝性脑病动物模型的制作也有了很大的发展和改进。文中就肝性脑病动物模型制作方法、动物和方法的选择及其研究进展等作一综述。
Hepatie eneephalopathy is neuropsychiatrie syndrome that develops in patients with severe liver diseases and/or portosystemie shunt surgery resulting from a serious complication of acute and chronic liver failure. The basic and clinical researches have been a hot field at home and abroad. The animal models play a very important role in the study of the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of hepatic eneephalopathy. With the development of bioteehnology, detection and treatment technologies, the animal models of hepatic eneephalopathy have been greatly developed and improved. The methods of making animal models of hepatic eneeph- alopathy, the choice of animals and methods and its researeh progress were summarized in this review.
