颌颈部游走性异物的多层螺旋CT表现 被引量:4

摘要 咽部和食管异物是耳鼻咽喉科最常见的急诊,患者在误吞异物后就诊前往往有强行吞食饭团、食醋等不恰当处置…,有时可使异物穿透咽壁、食管壁向周围或远处组织游走,可危及生命。游走性异物又称为游离性或迁移性异物,指在直视、内镜检查(包括喉镜或食管镜)为异物阴性,而通过CT或超声等检查为阳性,且位于咽腔、食管外。
