颌颈部游走性异物的多层螺旋CT表现 被引量：4

摘要 咽部和食管异物是耳鼻咽喉科最常见的急诊，患者在误吞异物后就诊前往往有强行吞食饭团、食醋等不恰当处置…，有时可使异物穿透咽壁、食管壁向周围或远处组织游走，可危及生命。游走性异物又称为游离性或迁移性异物，指在直视、内镜检查（包括喉镜或食管镜）为异物阴性，而通过CT或超声等检查为阳性，且位于咽腔、食管外。
