作为超分子水解酶模型的环糊精支载超亲核催化剂的合成

摘要 烷氨基吡啶化合物是酰化和水解反应的超亲核催化剂,而β-和γ-环糊精则是最为常用的超分子受体。本文通过间臂将烷氨基吡啶催化基团引入到这两种环糊精母体上,设计合成出β-和γ-环糊精支载的超亲核催化剂。作为一种水解酶的模型,此催化剂在乙酸对硝基苯酯的水解反应中显示出了比烷氨基吡啶试剂和环糊精更高的活性。 Alkylaminopyridine compounds are a supernucleophilic catalyst for acylation and hydrolysis, and ?- and ?-cyclodextrins are the most common supramolecular receptors. Here, we introduce alkylaminopyridine moiety to these two cyclodextrins via a large spacer to yield β- and γ-cyclodextrin-bearing supernucleophilic catalysts. As a hydrolase enzyme model, the catalysts exhibit better enzymatic activity than alkylaminopyridine compounds or cyclodextrin in the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate.
