高压水下应变测量方案研究

摘要 介绍了一套适合于高压水下应力应变测量的简单易行方案。首先利用502胶将应变片粘贴在构件上,用704胶进行密封,然后利用914胶覆盖于704胶上用于增加强度,最后用914胶实现引出导线的密封。同时,测定了此种结构下胶体的附加应变,并给出了计算公式。该试验方案可直接用于类似情况下的应力应变测量,对工程应用具有重要的参考价值。 A simple and facile project was summed up with tried bond method and sealed framework using a suit of adhesive of strain gauge under high-pressure hydrostatic test. First, using KH-502 to adhere strain gauge on the equipment; using 704 to waterproof overcast. And in order to enhance the intensity of the configuration, affix 914 on the surface of 704. Finally, sealed set of leading wire actualized by 914. At the same time, additional strain was tested based on strain gauge and adhesive that selected. Computational formula was given out on this condition. This project can be used on the same case. All this were important for engineering application.
