摘要
目的 :探讨冲击波暴露后 6h ,12h ,青年、老年豚鼠耳蜗血管纹微血管通透性和听阈的变化。方法 :采用胶体镧作为电子示踪剂透射电镜下观察。结果 :冲击波暴露后 6h、12h两组豚鼠听阈均较暴露前明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,微血管内皮细胞之间的紧密连接遭到破坏 ,老年组更为明显。结论 :暴露后早期听阈阈值的升高 ,可能与血管纹微血管通透性改变密切相关。
Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the effect of shock wave exposure on cochlea vascular stria micrangium permeability in guinea pig of various age groups and its relationship with hearing threshold.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]By colloidal lanthanum tracing and transmission electron microscopy technique.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]There was significant difference between the threshold before shock wave exposure and that after exposure in both two groups( P <0.05),six hours after shock wave exposure,the tight junctions between micrangium endotheliocytes in spiral prominence were destroyed.Twelve hours after the exposure,high electric density lanthanum ion were found in both the cytoplasm and intercellular space of vascular endotheliocyte and the permeation of lanthanum ion along vascular stria tissue space was more evident in elder guinea pig.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The obviously increasing of vascular stria vascular permeability arter shock wave exposure might be one of reasons which result in the early increasing of ABR threshold.
