上肢不同测量部位对无创血压值的影响 被引量：2

摘要 血压的测量对于监测循环功能,判断病理生理状态并指导治疗具有重要的临床意义.动脉置管直接测压是测量血压的金标准,但其属于有创操作,除需具备一定的操作技术及对测压装置做抗凝处理外,还可能引起血管损伤、血栓栓塞、远端肢体缺血、感染等并发症[1],故临床常采用无创测压的方式测量血压.由于外周血压测定的准确性受受测者年龄、测量部位、血管疾病、解剖差异、臂围与袖带大小、测量方法等诸多因素的影响,故近年有较多学者对外周血压测定的准确性进行了大量的观察研究.本文复习相关文献,以探讨上肢不同测量部位对无创血压值的影响.关键词：血压;上肢;测量部位;循环功能;影响分类号：R443.5
