间歇式正压对随意皮瓣组织细胞氧分压和二氧化碳分压的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :通过测量随意皮瓣组织细胞氧分压 (PO2 )和二氧化碳分压 (PCO2 )的变化 ,进一步阐明间歇式正压提高随意皮瓣成活的机理。方法 :16个 4cm× 16cm猪随意皮瓣原位移植后被均分为实验组与对照组 ,实验组用 7.5kPa、加压 1min、间歇 4min的间歇式正压 ,将皮瓣均分三段 ,测量两组皮瓣术后 4h、1d至 7d 8个时间点各段的PO2 和PCO2 。结果 :在中远段对照组比实验组PO2 下降 ,PCO2 上升显著。结论 :间歇式正压能够改善随意皮瓣微循环 ,主要是改善随意皮瓣中段血液循环来提高皮瓣的成活率。 Objective:[WT5BZ]To understand intermittent positive pressure(IPP) how to enhance random flap survival by investigating the effect of IPP on oxygen partial pressure(PO 2) and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PCO 2) of random flap.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]16 random flaps on the porcine back were equally divided into 2 groups after being transplanted in situ .The size of each flap was 4 cm×16 cm.Each flap was equally divided into three parts.The experiment group was treated by IPP with the parameter-one minute continuous pressure(7.5 kPa) in an interval of 4 minutes.The values of PO 2 and PCO 2 of each part were detected at 4 h,24 h and 7 d after operation respectively.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Compared with experiment group,Much lower PO 2 and much higher PCO 2 in the middle and distal part of each flap appeared in control group.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]IPP could enhance survival rate of random flap by improving its microcirculation,especially in its middle part.
