住院患儿肾病综合征的护理

目的:探讨肾病综合征患儿的护理。方法:回顾我院2008年12月至2010年12月收治的78例肾病综合征患儿,分析其临床表现和护理方法。结果:78例患儿经积极治疗和精心护理,临床症状减轻。结论:切实有效的护理能使患儿积极配合治疗,保持良好心态,对减少并发症和预防反复发作有重要意义。

Purpose： Probe into the nursing of children with nephritic syndrome.Method： Review the 78 children with nephritic syndrome our hospital received since December 2008 to December 2010, analysis the clinical manifestations and nursing methods.Result： With our active treatment and careful nursing, the clinical symptoms were relieved in the 78 patients.Conclusion： Feasible and effective nursing care can lead the patients to cooperate with the treatment actively, and maintain a good mentality, there is important significance to reduce complications and prevent recurrent attacks.
