层状聚乙烯醇/氧化石墨烯纳米复合膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用改进的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯(GO),利用超声分散法和流延成膜法制备了具有层状结构的聚乙烯醇/氧化石墨烯(PVA/GO)纳米复合膜.采用红外光谱(FTIR)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对纳米复合膜的结构进行了表征,同时测试了复合膜的热性能、力学性能和耐水性能.结果表明,GO片层可以均匀地分散在PVA基体中,GO的加入不会影响PVA的结构,GO与PVA通过强烈相互作用,提高了复合膜的热稳定性、耐水性和力学性能. The graphene oxide is prepared by modified Hummers method , and the polyvinyl alcohol/graphene oxide(PVA/GO) nanocomposite films with a layered structure simply is prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and film-casting method . T he microstructures of the nanocomposite films are investigated using FTIR ,TEM ,SEM and XRD . The thermal stability ,mechanical properties and water-resistance of the nanocomposite films are also tested . The experimental results indicate that GO sheets are well dispersed in the PVA matrix , and crystalline structure of PVA is not affected by adding GO . Thermal stability , water-resistance and mechanical properties of the nanocomposite films are improved by strong interaction between PVA and GO .
