硫酸法浸出硼泥中氧化镁的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为充分利用硼泥中镁元素制备镁盐和其他镁产品,进行了硼泥的硫酸浸出试验。研究了硫酸用量、硫酸质量分数、酸浸温度、酸浸时间对硼泥中氧化镁溶出率的影响,得出适宜酸浸工艺条件为:硫酸用量4 mL/g、硫酸质量分数40%、酸浸温度90℃、酸浸时间2 h,在此条件下氧化镁溶出率达到96.81%。 The experiment of boron mud leaching technique with sulfuric acid was studied to use magnesium left in the boron mud to prepare magnesium products. The effects of amount of sulfuric acid, concentration of sulfuric acid, the leaching temperature, the leaching time on the leaching rate of magnesium oxide in the boron mud were studied. The appropriate leaching technical conditions were as follows: the amount of sulfuric acid 4 mL/g, the concentration of sulfuric acid 40%, leaching temperature 90℃, the leaching time 2 h and the dissolution rate of magnesium oxide was 96.81% on this condition.
