摘要
选取镇江市船山和松林山3种石灰石样品,采用酸滴定法测定石灰石的活性和溶解性能。结果表明,船山、松林山A和松林山B样品中自由CaCO3碱度分别为84.01%、57.93%和53.85%,船山石灰石活性较高。通过X荧光光谱分析,船山样品中CaCO3含量为97.13%,品质较好。船山石灰石样品MET活性测定表明,石灰石浆液在pH值5.4左右有稳定的平台。在pH值4.5、5.0、5.5、6.0下测定石灰石的硫酸溶解曲线,pH值为5.0和5.5时,石灰石的转化率可达94.9%和89.0%。船山石灰石样品脱硫效果好,适宜用于湿法烟气脱硫。
Three limestone samples (such as Chuanshan, Songlinshan A and Songlinshan B) were selected, and the reactivity and dissolution of limestone were obtained by acid titration. The CaCO3 alkalinity of Chuanshan, Songlinshan A and Songlinshan B were 84.01%, 57.93% and 53.85%, respectively. The limestone reactivity of Chuanshan was higher than others. The CaCO3 content of Chuanshan was 97.13% by X-fluorescence spectroscopy, and the quality was better. The MET results showed that limestone slurry had a stable platform around pH=5.4. The sulfuric acid dissolve curves were obtained under pH=4.5, 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0. The conversion rate of limestone separately attained 94.9%, 89.0% at pH=5.0 and 5.5. In short, Chuanshan sample was suitable for wet flue gas desulfurization, which had higher desulfurization efficiency.
