摘要
在夹具设计中,针对目前定位误差概念的模糊性以及分析计算过程的复杂性,提出对刀基准概念,并对定位误差进行准确定义。将尺寸式原理引入定位误差计算中,避免了用常规定位误差模型计算前分析与判断的繁琐工作。基于尺寸式原理的定位误差计算方法具有简单易懂、使用方便、便于计算机辅助夹具设计等特点。
The concept of tool presetting reference is put forward with accurate definition of positioning error aiming at the fuzziness on the concept of the positioning error and the complexity in the course Of analytical calculation during fixture design. Size chain principle is introduced in the calculation of the positioning error to avoid the tedious work of analysis and judgment prior the calculations by adoption of conventional positioning error model. The calculation method for positioning error based on the size chain principle features understandability and usableness and is in favor of computer-aided design.
