直肠癌术后会阴部肿块的诊断与治疗

The diagnosis and cure of perineum tumour developed after operation for rectal carcinoma

为了探讨直肠癌术后会阴部肿块的诊断、治疗和预防方法，作者回顾性分析了直肠癌术后会阴部肿块再 手术１２例患者。结果８例诊断局部肿瘤复发．４例为瘢痕增生形成的肿块。认为原发癌肿的分期、浸润程度、手术清 扫范围、会阴部感染、异物刺激以及综合治疗措施是影响局部复发和瘢痕增生的重要因素。

To study the diagnosis. cure and prevention of perineum tumour developed after operation for rectal carcinoma, 12 cases of perineum tumour developed after operation for rectal carcinoma were reviewed analises. The results showed 8 cases were diagnosed as local recurrences of tumour and 4 cases as tumour caused by cicatrix accretion. This suggested that the stage of primary carcinoma, depth of invasion, scope of operative removal. perineum infection, foreign body stimulation and comprehensive treatment have important effect on the local recurrence and cicatrix accretion.
