基于网络分析法的研发项目风险评价研究

An Examination on Risk Assessment of R & D Projects Based on Network Analysis

分析了风险因素构成及相互之间关系,构建了研发项目风险网络结构模型,将网络分析法(ANP)引入到研发项目风险评价中,并结合具体案例,评价了一个小型高科技公司的研发项目风险。结果表明,研发成本短期内无法收回和批量生产及规模化存在不确定性两项风险的风险性较大,应加强相关管理。

This article gives analyses on the constitution of risk factors and mutual relations to build a network structure model for risks of R D projects while introducing analytic network process（ANP） in risk assessment of the R D projects.It presents a specific case where the risks of R D projects in a small high-tech company were evaluated.The results show that there are two risks i.e.R D costs can not be recovered in a short-term and there is uncertainty in scaled mass production.
