摘要
以MQ40-43型门座起重机为研究对象,对设计规范中运行机构制动力矩的计算公式进行分析,得出运行机构的力学模型;从理论上计算该型号起重机运行机构的制动性能,利用仿真软件ADAMS对运行机构进行建模,并计算和分析各典型工况下起重机的制动性能,得出调小制动力矩后将会大幅增加运行机构制动时间和制动距离,造成事故隐患的结论。
MQ40-43-type portal crane is taken as the objective for investigation to analyze the calculation formula of the braking torque in the running gear within the design specifications and to reach the mechanical model of the running gear;Braking performance of this crane's running gear is then calculated theoretically from the model.The conclusion shows that reduction of the braking torque will enable the running gear to increase braking time and braking distance significantly,causing the hidden danger of accidents.
