摘要
在分析摩擦力非线性特性的基础上,讨论了摩擦力的模型及其对伺服系统的影响。针对变压器专用绝缘条形材料自动冲床的摩擦驱动系统建立了一种基于模糊神经网络PID的控制系统,并通过实验研究将其与常规PID控制系统相比较,实验结果证明,该方法能有效改善系统的动、静态性能,很适合用于对不确定对象的控制。
The model and the influence in servo systems of friction are discussed on the basis of the nonlinear friction characteristics have been analyzed. A control system based on fuzzy neural network PID is presented, which is exclusively used in the friction driving system of the automatic punch for transformer insulation strip material, the experimental result of compared with the routine PID control proved that this method could effectively improve the stability and performance, which is very suitable for the control of uncertain ovjects.
