摘要
重组大肠杆菌高密度培养是增加重组蛋白产率的最有效方法。选择最佳的表达系统以及培养基和培养方式是获得高密度和高表达的重组大肠杆菌的有效途径。在培养过程中 ,通过控制副产物、pH、温度和诱导时机以及补料方式等参数则能有效地限定比生长速率 ,从而有利于获得最高的密度和最好的表达。
The high density cultivation of recombinant Escherichia coli is the best availability method to increase the yield of recombiant protein. Choosing the optimal express system,culture medium and culture mode is the efficient way to gain high density and high expression recombinant Escherichia coli . During the cutivation,the specific growth rate can be restricted by controlling the parameters such as byproduct,pH,temperature,induce opportunity and feed mode,which is propitious to reach the highest density and best expression. This paper reviewed current researching status and future developing trend on these aspects.
