As for Bi Ji of Tang Dynasty, Ti Ming - ji of Song Dynasty has its unique characteristics. For example, the changes of naming styles, the increasing of the category and the changes of expressions. Poeple of Song Dynasty had conscious awareness, which made Ti Ming -ji as a communication tool, so Ti Ming -ji possesed the communication functions： supplementing the historic materials, educational functions.
