摘要
本文通过对温氏集团的典型案例研究,得出产学研结合不是外生力量强加给高校和企业的,内生性机制为主、外生性制度为辅才是产学研合作稳定长效的关键,并借此向社会推广产学研合作创新的温氏经验。
Through typical case study on Wen＇ s Group, this study concludes that the combination of production, education and research is not forced by exogenous factors. The key to stable and long-tem cooperation between production, education and research is endogenous factors, exogenous factors would be supplement. Wen＇ s experience should be promoted.
