摘要
介绍了立轴冲击式破碎机的结构及主要技术参数,分析了NX系统在设计中的优势,利用NX系统工程设计方法完成了立轴冲击式破碎机的三维数字化设计,并进行运动仿真和有限元分析。结果表明:NX系统提高了产品设计质量和效率,减少了设计缺陷,缩短了设计周期。
This paper introduced the structure and main parameters of vertical shaft impact crusher. An advantage of NX system in the crusher design is analyzed. With NX system engineering approach, 3D de- sign of the crusher is conducted and the motion simulation and finite element analysis is also carried out. The results showed that, NX system can improve the design quality and efficiency, reduce the design de- fects and shortens the design cycle.
