任家庄选煤厂三产品重介质旋流器优化设计实践

为解决任家庄煤矿选煤厂三产品重介质旋流器处理能力低、分选效果差的问题,对主选设备3LNWX1200/850型三产品重介质旋流器进行整体改造。在原重介质旋流器基础上设计出JUW3×1200/890型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器,新型重介质旋流器已投入使用,应用效果良好,有效解决了原设备处理能力低、分选效果差的问题。

In order to solve the problem of low processing ability and poor separation effect of three prod- uct dense medium cyclone in Renjiazhuang coal mine coal preparation plant, the transformation conduc- ted on the main equipment of 3LNWX1200/850 three -product dense medium cyclone. On the basis of original cyclone, designed the JUW3 x 1200/890 gravity- fed three product dense medium cyclone, and it has been put into operation. This new cyclone obtained good application effect, effectively solved the problems of low processing ability and poor separation effect in original equipment.
