摘要
为解决淮北选煤厂南区煤泥含量大、矸石泥化严重的问题,基于对原煤泥水工艺系统洗选效果检查及分析,采用"2+2"煤泥水工艺技术(即精煤泥二次浮选两段脱水、尾煤泥二次浓缩两段脱水)对其进行技术改造,并对新煤泥水工艺系统进行经济效益和社会效益分析。"2+2"煤泥水工艺系统能耗低,细煤泥便于处理,有利于企业节能减排发展需要。
To solve the problems of high content of lime and seriously sliming of refuse in south part of Huaibei coal preparation plant, based on the analysis and checking of processing efficiency of original coal slurry system, and conducted the reformation on that system utilizing the "2 + 2" coal slurry process technology (That is the clean coal secondary flotation, two stage dewatering, tailings secondary thicken- ing and two stage dewatering) , and analyzed the economic and social benefits of the new coal slurry process system. The "2 + 2" coal slurry process system has the features of low energy consumption, easy processing fine slime, and meet the requirement of energy - saving and emission reduction of enterprise.
