摘要
为了表征蜂窝夹层木质复合梁的弯曲力学特性,系统分析了影响夹层梁抗弯刚度的因素,在Reissner理论的基础上推导了因剪力而引起的横向位移表达式。并进一步解析正应力与切应力沿夹层梁横截面的分布规律:弯矩主要由上下表板承担,芯层正应力可忽略不计,表板中的正应力近似等值分布;剪力主要由芯层承担,芯层切应力近似等值分布,表板切应力近似线性递减。
In order to describe the bending property of sandwich beam with wooden top and honey-comb core, the effect of construction parameters on bending stiffness was analyzed systematically, then the equation of transverse deformation due to shear force was set up based on Reissner theory. After that, the distribution of normal and shear stress along cross section of beam was also analyzed. It is shown that the resistance to bending moment is almost taken by top sheets, and the stress in the top sheet can be regarded as identical while it can be neglected in the honey-comb core. In addition the resistance to shear force is almost taken by honey-comb core, and the stress in the core can be regard as identical while it is linearly decreasing along the top sheet of cross section.
