摘要
薄壁套零件在数控车削加工中的变形一直以来是此类加工中急需解决的关键问题。从加工变形的角度出发,通过对薄壁套数控车削加工工艺的分析、专用夹具的设计,探讨合理地解决此类问题的方法,并在FANUC-0iT数控系统上加工出合格的零件。
Deformation of thin-walled parts in NC turning is always a key problem needed to be solved in such processing. From the perspective of machining deformation, through the design of special fixture, the analysis of thin-walled NC machining technology, studying the reasonable solution to these problems and processing the qualified parts in FANUC- 0iT NC system.
