摘要
以植物油为导热介质对杨木和樟子松进行油浴热处理,研究热处理温度180℃、200℃、220℃和热处理时间2h、4h、6h对木材物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,热处理后2种木材的含水率和体积湿胀率都大大降低,尺寸稳定性得到明显提高,其中处理温度对试样含水率和体积湿胀率影响显著,处理时间则影响不大;热处理材的抗弯强度明显降低,抗弯弹性模量有一定程度的提高;处理温度和处理时间对杨木力学性能有较大影响,处理温度对樟子松力学性能有显著影响。
Poplar and Mongolian Seoteh Pine was treated by soybean oil as heat-conducting medium, and the effect of the physical and mechanical properties of wood with the heat treatment temperature of 180℃, 200℃, 220℃, and time of 2 h, 4 h, 6 h was studied. Results showed that the water content and volume wet expansion rate were greatly reduced after heat treatment, and the dimensional stability was improved. The processing temperature had a significant effect on water content and wet expansion rate, but the time was not. The wood bending strength was significantly reduced and the bending elastic modulus had a certain degree of increase. Treatment temperature and time had a great influence on mechanical properties of Poplar, while mechanical properties of mongoliea Seoteh Pine were affected by temperature.
