摘要
以杉木为研究对象,采用微爆破技术对其进行处理后,对杉木的干燥特性进行研究。选取生材含水率、爆破压力、爆破次数三个因子进行微爆破处理,之后在(103±1)℃恒温干燥条件下对杉木试件进行干燥试验。实验结果表明,微爆破处理对杉木的干燥缺陷无明显影响,微爆破处理后杉木的干燥速率有所提高,其中生材含水率和爆破压力对杉木干燥速率影响明显,爆破次数无明显影响。
Used air-compressed explosion treatment to study the drying characteristics of Chinese fir. Selected the initial moisture content, burst pressure and the number of blasting three factors to test, then drying the fir specimens on (103 ±1)℃. Experimental results show that: the air-compressed explosion treatment din't affect the drying defects of fir, but the drying rate of fir increasing, the initial moisture content and blasting pressure are significant factors, the number of blasting was not significant factor.
