胶合木内嵌钢板螺栓连接节点力学性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 主要研究现代胶合木结构内嵌钢板螺栓连接节点力和位移的关系。连接节点处的位移主要由两部分组成:螺栓本身的变形以及木材相对于螺栓的变形(即木材和螺栓相互挤压时的变形)。基于材料力学和弹塑性力学,通过虚功原理和单位荷载法对内嵌钢板单个螺栓连接节点在承受单向荷载作用时的受力变形全过程进行了分析,推导出了两部分变形的关系式,并与试验结果进行了对比,结果吻合较好。研究成果可为我国现代胶合木结构的设计和使用提供参考。 This paper mainly studies the load and displacement relationship of the slotted-in steel plate bolt connections in modern glulam structures. The displacement of connections is composed of two parts, they are the deformation of the bolt and the deformation of the wood with respect to the bolt (deformation of wood and bolts under pressure against each other). Based on the mechanics of materials and mechanics of elasticity and plasticity, analysis is made of the whole deformation process of the slotted-in steel plate connection with one bolt under loads in use of the principle of virtual work and unit load method, and the deformation relationship of each part is given which is in good agreement with the experimental results. The research results can provide a reference for the design and application of modem glulam structures.
