改性纳米二氧化硅对单组份聚氨酯清漆涂膜性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)为填料,硅烷偶联剂(KH560)为改性剂对单组份聚氨酯清漆进行改性。探讨了改性剂用量对聚氨酯清漆涂膜的耐磨性、耐铅笔硬度及光泽度的影响。通过试验结果分析发现,不同KH560添加量改性的纳米二氧化硅对涂膜的性能影响不同。随着KH560添加量的增加,耐磨性和光泽度先增加后减小,但KH560的添加对涂膜硬度的影响不显著。 Nanometer silieon dioxide as filler and silane coupling agen t(KH560) as amodifier was used to modifying one- component polyurethane varnish. It was discussed that different modifier dosage had influence to the effect of abrasion resistance ,high pencil hardness and glossing of polyurethane varnish. The test results showed that different KH560 adding amount of modified nanometer silieon dioxide had different impacts on coating performance.With the increasing of KH 560 adding amount, abrasion resistance and glossing first increased and then decreased. However, KH560 adding amount had no significant effects on the hardness of coating.
